Currently not yet. In order to eliminate the extra costs associated with physical storefronts (rent, insurance, staff), we are currently an online-only store. However, we are planning to launch our jewelry stores across the United States and Canada soon.

Every piece of jewelry deserves to be carefully maintained, which requires us to avoid wearing jewelry under some harsh conditions. Such as bathing / swimming / sports. Therefore, we do not recommend wearing jewelry when taking a bath.

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 3 business days after purchase.

Shipping durations vary as we ship globally from different fulfillment centers depending on your location. On average, shipping time is approximately 7 to 20 business days. Your tracking number will be updated 3 to 7 days after your order has been shipped.

We can only cancel orders within the first 12 hours after placement. After that, the order is likely to be processed and either preparing for shipment or already shipped. Once this occurs, it's beyond our control. We apologize for any inconvenience and pride ourselves on prompt service, which includes getting your orders out quickly.

If there's an issue with your order (defective product, incorrect order, damaged order, etc.), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We'll be happy to assist in reviewing the case. If approved, we'll send a replacement. Do not return anything before we review the case. Our customer service team will review the request and send further instructions. ICEEDRIP reserves the right to deny any return request. You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning your item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. *Grillz are final sale for hygienic reasons.
